Two explosive decompression test units designed and produced by MDE for Vitalograph to test final assembly of their medical Peak Flow Meters.

Battery Valve Leak Tester

This device was constructed for Burnett Polymer Engineering Ltd, to test wet cell battery vent valve leakage, it records leak pressure, re-seal pressure and includes a vacuum test facility to test for valve leakage under internal vacuum conditions time and flow parameters are adjustable and automatic data storage can be selected.

It was designed, manufactured and commissioned by MDE in association with Allan-Moore Electronics, from a specification drawn up during discussions with the client.

A second unit was subsequently ordered and sent to one of the clients USA based customers for their own Quality Control laboratory.
